Dispatch and Delivery Time

Each of our products may have varying production times since some are custom made-to-order. For precise information about the processing time for a specific product, kindly refer to its individual product page.

If your order comprises multiple products with different processing times, please factor in the delivery time associated with the product having the longest lead time. Your entire order will be dispatched once all products are ready.

Once we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email, along with courier tracking details via email. This will help you stay informed about the expected delivery date.

We only offer refunds for products that are either severely damaged upon delivery or not delivered at all. Returns are not accepted under any other circumstances.

To ensure the safe delivery of your product, we kindly request you to provide a video of the unboxing/unwrapping process. This helps us verify that your order has arrived in good condition.
Returns, Exchange
& Refunds
We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any purchases since all our products are custom-made to order.
​
However, if you receive a damaged product or one with a manufacturing defect, kindly notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please send a message on Instagram or email us at nivrati@tinybluepingu.com, including a photograph/video of the damaged product and its original packaging. Once approved, we will arrange for the collection of the damaged item and either replace it or provide store credit.

To ensure the safe delivery of your product, we kindly request you to provide a video of the unboxing/unwrapping process. This helps us verify that your order has arrived in good condition.

Cancellation Policy:
​
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, but please note that a processing fee of 4% of the order value will be deducted from the refund.

Once an order has entered the personalization process or has been shipped from our office, it is not eligible for cancellation.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Gallery Wall Decor, our parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees harmless from any third-party claims or demands, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your breach of these Terms of Service or any law, or your violation of third-party rights.
